Merchandise shipped at PRICES in effect at shipping date: REGULAR UPS ground service unless otherwise specified. Next Day or Second Day air service available upon request. We poly-bag all products as they are boxed to keep them clean in transit.

No MINIMUM ORDER required. Please use ITEM NUMBER on order form.

BACKORDERS will be indicated on the Packing List boxed with your order. If you DO NOT WANT BACKORDERS, you must let us know.

All RETURNS require written authorization. Monogrammed, Altered or soiled merchandise WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for return. We reserve the right to limit quantities that can be returned unless due to flawed merchandise or mis-shipment. All elective returns are subject to a 15% handling/restocking fee.

A COD company check will be accepted on FIRST ORDERS. A check application must be processed and approved by us on further orders. A RETURNED CHECK will incur a service charge and may cause future orders to be shipped COD cash only. MASTERCARD and VISA charge now accepted.

If an order is UNCLAIMED or REFUSED COD SHIPMENT, we will add freight charges and a minimum handling fee of $5 or 15% (whichever is greater) to the next order.

Terry Velour Colors are subject to availability at time of order. Although we try to keep all colors in stock, there are times we may be out of certain colors. At the time of your order we will always tell you the colors available and when you can expect your order to be shipped. We have no minimum order requirements, allowing you to try any of our products at minimum cost. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible products at fair prices to allow your embroidery creativity to shine - making happy customers - which means we all can take pride in a job well done!
